噴漆空氣過濾設備的使用注意事項

    1、噴漆廢氣處理設備使用前應檢查設備各系統管道閥門是否完好，廢氣凈化除味劑選用和廢氣凈化除味劑的配比是否正確，廢氣凈化除味劑達不到指定要求時，需及時補充。
 
    2、定子浸漬線廢氣排放裝置的風機與水泵接線不能隨便亂動，應絕對保證它們的轉向正確，不得反轉，否則會損壞電機，并能造成事故。

    3、噴漆廢氣凈化處理設備運行交付后，使用單位應派專人保管使用，定期檢查，發現設備異常聲響或漏水，應停機修復后方能使用。

    4、噴漆凈化處理設備安裝在室外，水泵風機電機應制作防雨罩，以免電機受潮。

    5、噴漆廢氣除味劑的更換及配用：對廢氣凈化除味劑的配方配比是根據用戶單位的氣體源不同，濃度高低來決定的，在設備調試正常驗收合格后將具體提供交待用戶管理人員。
